This free lunchtime program will be held on Wednesday, February 13 at 12 o’clock Noon in the Carolina Room at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport. $0 $0 Historian Dr. Larry Watson from South Carolina State University will provide a keynote address on the theme “At the Crossroads of Freedom and Equality: The Emancipation Proclamation and the March on Washington” and entertainment will be provided by the South Carolina State University choir. Lunch will be served by “the Friendly Caterers” at the conclusion of the event.$0 $0 This event is FREE and open to the public, however space is limited.
