Here are some helpful tips in locating lost baggage, items and even people!

Lost Baggage

For lost baggage, you will need to call the airline's toll-free baggage claim number:

Lost and Found

For items left on airplanes, please contact the airline.  If you believe that you left something in the terminal area, please call the Information Desk at 803-822-5000 or toll-free at 1-888-562-5002 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. 

Paging

To have someone paged, you may call the Information Desk at 803-822-5000 or toll-free at 1-888-562-5002.  If you are at the airport and need someone paged, you may visit the Information Desk - upper level, main lobby.  Paging phones are located throughout the terminal building.
